These terms govern your use of the mandategate.com website and the Agent Gateway early-access programme. The service is operated by Made in Graphic Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By using the site or requesting access, you agree to these terms.
Agent Gateway is currently offered as an early-access programme. Pilot features, verification behaviour, and pricing are still being finalised and may change. Participation in a pilot is by mutual agreement, and either party may end it at any time.

When installed by a merchant, Agent Gateway verifies whether an incoming AI agent is authorised to transact, based on cryptographic signals (transport signatures, mandates, and merchant-signed checkout attestation). Verification decisions are provided to assist the merchant; the merchant remains responsible for its own checkout, payment, and order decisions. Behaviour depends on the policy mode the merchant configures.
During early access the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that verification will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect or block every unauthorised agent.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the early-access service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Agent Gateway, mandategate.com, and related materials are owned by Made in Graphic Ltd. The underlying open protocols (such as AP2 and RFC 9421) remain the property of their respective authors.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
